デザイン・仕様について --- ブランドを代表するブーツ ROOTS のハイカット版です。6インチブーツ同様、独自に修正を加えてフィットを高めたマンソンラストに、キャップドトゥ、大きく張り出したコバを持つダブルステッチのステッチダウン製法、カーブドヒールなどを組み合わせています。重量感ある正統派ワークブーツですが、これがスマートに映えるのが 8.5インチの丈。ブーツの美しさが凝縮されるプロポーションだといえます。
レザーについて --- しっかりとした厚みを持ちながら馴染みが良く、密な繊維組織を持ち美しいシワを刻むホースバットを使用しています。ブラックはエイジングが楽しめる茶芯です。

Design --- ROOT 8.5 is a high cut version of ROOT, one of our our long sellers. It has many common features as original ROOT, such as re-shaped Munson last, capped-toe, wide extended sole by double stitch Stitchdown construction, curved heel, etc. Despite of these rugged features, the boot looks smart with its 8.5 inch height. The proportion of ROOT 8.5 is such a perfect one.
Leathers --- Horsebutt leather used for this boot has dense fiber texture that makes beautiful break-in. It breaks-in well for its thickness. Black one is “teacore” that will make distinctive patina.
