デザイン・仕様について --- 2000人の足形を基に万人に履きやすい靴をつくるために1912年に開発されたマンソンラスト。足指あたりに幅を持たせ圧迫感を無くしつつ、甲をしっかり押さえるこのラストは、フィット調整が難しいエンジニアブーツにも最適です。このラストを使い、ステッチダウン製法でつくる ROOTS ENGINEER は、ローリングダブトリオらしいエンジニアブーツに仕上がっています。
レザーについて --- しっかりとした厚みを持ちながら馴染みが良く、密な繊維組織を持ち美しいシワを刻むホースバットを使用しています。ブラックはエイジングが楽しめる茶芯です。

Design --- A style of engineer boot, very much, in Rolling Dub Trio way. We use the Munson last that we have re-shaped. It has wide toe that makes the fingers free from pressure and has rather shallow waist. Such design of the last gets a good hold of foot in engineer boot that cannot adjust the fit by shoelaces.
Leathers --- Horsebutt leather used for this boot has dense fiber texture that makes beautiful break-in. It breaks-in well for its thickness. Black one is “teacore” that will make distinctive patina.
